If an un-deployed face wash bottle, cleansing foam pump, or skincare accessory kit arrives with a verified manufacturing defect (such as broken pump spring mechanisms, cracked containment walls, or leaking nozzle valves), displays transit damage, or deviates from your ordered product dimensions, you may request a fresh exchange or credit replacement within 7 days of delivery. To qualify for a physical product verification claim, the items must be entirely unused, uninstalled, completely free of cosmetic smudges, finger marks, or outer seal tears, and stored inside their original pristine retail packaging with all factory user documentation, interior protective wraps, and safety engineering seals entirely untampered.

3.2 Biological Hygiene & Fluid-Contact Exclusions

To maintain absolute biological security, sanitary purity, and immaculate quarantine safety across our skincare distribution network, any face wash formula, gel suspension, foaming bottle, or personal cleaning applicator that has been unsealed from its protective internal factory shrink-wraps, pumped even once, or introduced to a personal washroom space cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded under any circumstances. Furthermore, custom bulk retail bundles or high-volume wholesale business configurations are strictly excluded from standard returns.

3.3 Quality Verification & Financial Replenishment

Once your skincare cargo or logistics shipment is safely received back at our central technical distribution hub, it undergoes a rigorous physical inspection, weight calibration audit, and a strict sterile optical scan to confirm its original sanitary condition. Approved claims are processed as immediate store wallet credits or direct financial replacements within 7–10 business days. Return logistics and secure courier arrangements for verified warehouse errors or shipment discrepancies will be fully managed and covered by Facecleanze.
